For racing LIPO, for just enjoyment Nitro - here's why I say this. 1. LIPO batteries get hot when charging, they have to be monitored while being charged because over charging can cause them to overheat and cause a fire or burst. For non-racing Nitro cars normally don't need to be changed from factory settings to run properly, the key with Nitro is to run the fuel out of them and use after run oil as recomended by the manufacturer. If the Carb adjustment does get messed up they are simple to adjust for 20% fuel you close the needle valve and back it out 2-1/2 turns and the car should run, if there are no other problems.
