Spotted both of these tonight. Matte Black Smart car which I am assuming was wrapped, and crazy dark tint headed towards 352 on West Chester Pike.

Also saw a Black CRX heading same way on WCP as well, with a nice drop and stance. Was in my silver RSX heading towards WC.
