Ah I didnt follow up here but we did get it off. We skipped the impact gun thing completely and were able to get it off using: a 1/2" ratchet, 22mm impact socket, and 4' hollow pole on one side, and a 2' prybar on the otherside to wedge into the flywheel to keep it from spinning. Are you kidding?
Its a steal pulley. Not the type of thing to go bad, warp or fail...ever.
Clean it up, put it back on, and order a fresh bolt for it (if you abused the old one).
Those crank bolts can be a pain. I tried with about 3 friends to get the one off my 3s while the motor was out. It wouldn't budge even with a 6foot braker bar.
