.. So who wants to explain how to find a Taylor series to me?!

I've been pretty much fine with everything up to this point, power series and all that. But there's something about Taylor series that makes my brain backfire and say, eff this, I'm done.

My (probably incorrect) understanding is that you have to start with the sum of K from 0 to infinity of (a-sub-k) times (x-c)^k. I was then told that I'm supposed to make a table with four columns, the first being k, second being f^k(x), third being f^k(c), fourth being the quantity (f^k(c)/k!). Yadda-yadda, fill out that table as needed .. and after that is where I just don't have a clue. I don't think I understand what I'm even supposed to be DOING with the information I write down in that table.

Aaauugh.
