[Eclipse GSX 61]

Well today I got pulled over for the second time on my tint. First when I bought the car it was like 55%ish light as anything and still got bothered for it. So today I rolled my windows down with my new tint which is 25% and he didnt even see the tint he just saw me roll the windows down and he said it was because of the tint.

Now I found this was a 2nd offense and he pulled me over strictly on a second offense so couldn't I fight the fact that in PA you can't get pulled over without a first offense such as (speeding, running a stop sign, etc etc).
