my buddy is of similar size, also natural. I can tell you he works out 6 days a week, 2 times a day most days. he is too damn large for his own good, biceps ranging 24 inches i believe (keep in mind, thats only a few inches smallers than some of our waists..lol). he's gonna have to start wearing spandex shorts soon, his legs are like tree trunks..lol
my only beef with getting that big is that...years down the line if you stop working out like that, whether it be due to injury, lack of time,etc.... you will turn into a rather flabby mess. If you're gonna get that big you have to stick with it. More power to him though, i know how much dedication it takes.
