what if you just walked around in your boxers? what if the boxers came down to around knee length...similar to swimming shorts? do those people count as "saggers?" i personally hate the look of jeans hanging that low, but i think its a little rediculous. I dont like the way that lady is holding her purse, it is offensive to me and she should be arrested. jsut about as rediculous to me as that.
edit: since when where gangs affiliated with how low jeans are worn? If your pants hang approx. 4 1/4 inches below your waistline, you must be in this gang!
