Well I'm putting on E-6 and have always wanted a Harley so why not! I am still working out some insurance issues here in Germany but I plan to have this thing on order in the next 2 weeks. My loan is allready approved at only 4.9% through my Credit Union I just have to sign. Not to mention I'm tax exempt
