What you need is someone to weld a plate underneeth the lid and then fill the top part with bondo it will only be a thin coat. i had my spoiler shaved and my antenna 2 years ago and you cant tell, you do need a body shop though. I weld but sheetmetal on a car body is thin and if your not careful will burn through. If you just tried to bondo it without the support underneath it would just dry up and fall into the trunk.
