Actually, PA is an "open carry" state, which means anyone legally allowed to own a firearm can carry it openly in public anywhere in the state with a few exceptions, such as in a city of the first class (Philly's our only one).
I've always wondered if that meant I could walk into Walmart with a AR slung over my shoulder or if it only applied to handguns. |
