i think for the money test pipe is the way to go seeing as how its much cheaper.

im sure if you found a way to use a 3sgte intake manifold you could use a top mount, but you would want to cut a hole in the hood and maybe even add a fan to the intercooler.

i took the head lights apart wet sanded them and painted the insert with nightshades vht.
the passenger side headlight is showing a bit of damage, its probably time to buff them out again.
