Was going south on interstate 33 and passed a local bethlehem township cop going about 80mph. I got off at william penn highway and he proceeds to pull me over just as I almost get onto william penn highway. He cited me as going 76 in a 65, so he actually cut me a break. $130 dollar fine, two points. But as I proceeded to ask him about jurisdictions (pulling me over from a state owned road) he threatened me about my window tinting. What do ya'll think. Fight or pay?
