I just found out from some people in Germany with RX's that Military is exempt from emissions test! YooHoo! Just have to pass a simple safety inspection, exhaust below 90db, no major leaks, etc. I'll keep looking around to make sure though, but from what I understand you can get someone from one of the bases to help you pass.
