The EF is a huge PITA to change the pump, I suggest hard wiring the pump to the battery, you ony have to extend and touch the hot wire, the other is grounded to the body, if it does not fire your pump is bad. I suggest just buying a Walbro 190 as a replacement, its cheap and simple to install.

I run dual Walbro 255hp's and I bypassed the OEM Relay and ran 2 30amp bosch relays back by the pump to make diagnosing problems like this alot easier, and if a relay does break its a 30sec swap.
