yea but here's the thing. i'm new to management and they threw 4 new people for me to train. and 3 out of 4 are asshats.
the manager pulled me aside and told me, your part of management, i want you to keep an eye on them because i understand there training but after 2 or so **** ups and its coming on you. i'm like, yea i know but i'm training 4 people and it can be overwelming at times.
he said i'm doing a great job and likes my motivation. so thats a good thing. phew.
Unlike the other lead managers they've been leads for years and they know what there doing. day 1 for me? bam gotta train 4 people and make the work come out 100% ok and nothing wrong.
its seems impossible but surprisingly? i was able to pull it off but i was sooo tired, my legs where sore. i needed these 4 days off since sunday lol.
