IMO the best protein shake for you is the one you can ENJOY. make some calls to manufacturers and buy individual packets or get samples from a local shop. ignoring all the fancy terms like "bioavailable, glycemic index blah blah blah" it only works if you will actually enjoy it so you keep it from collecting dust on the shelf.

well I guess I have to agree that for the average person, taste will help someone keep on track with drink protein shakes. but, imo, if someone is 100% dedicated to changing their body image for bodybuilding, powerlifting, or just for their own satisfaction, they eat what they eat because it puts them closer to their goal, not because it tastes good.
and you're right, 10 almonds is not that big a deal.
