LOL...the D2x is a keeper. I use the HSC mode a lot when I shoot dog agility shows. It allows me to cheat a little and gain focal length without switching lenses. I also like having DX crop factor when shooting wildlife.
On a seperate note, the screen on the back of the D3 is crazy. The detail you can see in preview mode is amazing.
