I agree, Cars shouldn't even start without the seatbelt being on. I don't have an air bag so wearing a seatbelt is the only option besides hitting the window. My car doesn't move till everyone in the car has their seatbelt on. It's not even that the people on this site are bad drivers, it's the other 95% of the people you have to worry about.
