If the officer that stops you knows what he or she is looking for you could get summons.
Is also possable that the officer will tow your car off the road for being "unsafe" whereas you will have tow to a repaire shop and have it fixed before it can be put back on the road.
Most likely you'll get a ticket and your chops busted everytime that officer sees you driving that car.
