I live here in the Reading area and wouldn't suggest you drift up near the Pagoda. For one theres always cops in the area waiting for people like you and scouting for drug dealers & prostitutes as well. 2nd theres usually a fair amount of other cars on the roads and third it's just plain stupid cause some of those roads are horrible I wouldn't want to be going sideways on them even if it was for an event. They used to hold a hill climb up there and people were always having bad experiences on those roads with broken suspensions, blown tires, hitting a dip and going off the side of the road half way down the mountain. Just my 2cents tho.
