First off, On the streets (yea that sounds gay but anyway) most cars cant "hang with srt's" (you dont see modenas on saturday nights). And alot of srts are modded which they can walk evos/sti and the like

Now there are v8 that hang with the srt but in the stop light to stop light world an srt will win 95% of the races

Now back to the topic at hand, I have a rsx type s and the 05's are putting down in excess of 185 to the wheels with and a pretty good tranny(running 14.8 and 0-60 in 6.2sec) so I find it very hard to believe that your buddies swaped civic(172 fwhp) beat and srt(13.9 in the 1/4 mile). I realize thats not top end but at 100 i would figure the srt should have 3 cars easy(actually very easy) on a swaped civic(172).
WHat prob happened is the srt driver had a half of a brain and started to coast at 120

I call BS or srt let off
