The last injury was a mild ankle sprain and a thumb sprain. It's a very common injury. Before that, at 8+ months, it was painfully obvious that he wasn't even TRYING to scramble. The injury wasn't effecting him to the point that he couldn't run at all. He just chose not to. WHEN he did scramble at the beginning of the season, he did so just as clumsily as he does now. It was just a rare event, as he preferred to just sit in the pocket and not try to make a play happen (like he did years ago, and in the past week).
