with less children/humans in the world cancer wouldn't be such a a prominent feature in our "health culture", aids wouldn't be running amok, murder would be down, disease would be easier to control.
Not only would human life be less violent (disease wise anyway) but nature would be better all around. We are, in fact, the ones using more of the earth's resources in a year than it is able to provide in a year.
The human population is growing at an incredible rate, after the next 50-100 years we'll either be culling the weak or simply instituting breeding licenses.
Which honestly isn't a bad idea. We're no longer following the rules of nature, survival of the fittest... survival of all is not good for a species.
