Ehhhhh.....
When I was chuki bumper and zenki lip my lip had a couple mm's of clearance from the ground, but most of the time grazed along the ground as I drove. I also had my lip pulled taught like yours so it didn't have that lip sag. Once I got my URAS kit my front bumper actually had more clearance than it did when it was chuki bumper and zenki lip, probably at least an inch more.
You can also just look at the side profile shot from picture 14 of your two cars and tell that his hood is substantially lower to the ground than yours.
And finally, you have to remember he is also slamming on 18s, you're on 15s, a pretty big difference.
I'm telling you whitezenki, brick red RC and a ziptie on the outside of both headlights and everything will be super tight, and you can just pull the ziptie tighter everytime it decides to start sagging again. Those two things will clean everything up SOOO much for you!......and another 15-20mm bolt on in the rear.
