Hmmm, so would you be even angrier when I tell you that it CAN be beneficial? On the contrary, it angers me when people make blanket statements such as this with reference to restricting the will of another. Many lives have been destroyed by drug usage. Yet, this is not a fault of the drug itself, but of it's user and society in general.

Here is the list of drugs that I have consumed: Cannabis, alcohol, ketamine, psilocybin mushrooms, muscimol mushrooms, salvia divinorum, datura stramonium, various opiates and the opiod methadone, various benzos, mdma, pcp, dextromethorphan, cocaine, amphetamine, and nitrous oxide. This is not sizing of the phallic member, but I'm trying to establish a point. Not once have I ever stolen or caused harm to another to obtain drugs Never have I been addicted to a substance, even while consuming cannabis 2-5 times daily.

Addiction comes about through obsession. A drug should only be used to fill a deficiency in the character of an individual; otherwise an imbalance is created leading to all sorts of trouble. One must note that most of the addictive drugs facilitate the lower 4 circuits(of Leary), i.e., the ones accessable to all humans before special excersizes are practiced(meditation, psychedelic and dissociative drug use, magick). For example, cocaine appeals to the 4th, sexual-social circuit. Alcohol to the 2nd, anal-terretorial circuit. However, use of psychedelic and dissociative drugs can lead one into transcendence of these 4 primal circuits and into the 4 higher, before only experienced through special excersizes. This speaks volumes about why one chooses to do drugs, and which drugs are beneficial for one to do. Of course, i know most people are'nt familiar with the 8 circuits of consciousness. I have'nt the time to thouroughly explain, so I can only reccomend the most excellent book"prometheus rising" by Robert Anton Wilson, for complete understanding on the matter.

So then, what have we? DRUGS ARE BAD ONLY WHEN THE IMPROPER DRUG IS USED FOR THE TASK AND THE PROPER SAFEGAURDS ARE'NT ESTABLISHED. It is imperative for use to use scientific method when experimenting. RIGHTEOUSNESS IS RELATIVE!

Now a part of me already agrees with what you have said and with that wiki article from your sig (because we all know wiki is such a trustful source ) and has got me interested in finding out more on the theories.

But then my sane side kicks in and realizes your on drugs and are probably under the influence of something while writing that along with the people finding the correlation of the greek alphabet and its "true" relation to the finer things in life.

While the "8 circuits of consciousness" in theory do exist and yes it might be possible to balance the unnatural cylce's of them, not everyone has the self will stop themselve after just balenceing the circuit out nor do they think about this circuit at all.

In the end the majority of the people taking drugs do it for that amazing feeling and not to better themselve's. In fact what usually happens is they steal from the people around them and end relationships. And when they die from their failed attempt at balancing their circuits, they end up hurting their family members and friends who have to explain to everyone around them the situation.

So until everyone can truely believe and safely practice this theory that u seem to live by....
