Ive heard a lot of stories about a lot of stuff like this. Undercover cops in modified tuner cars, trying to see if people will race, and pulling you over if that happens. Ive heard stories of these types of cops in modded Colbalt SS's near U of D, and also around the Prov, RI area.

All I know for fact is that DE state troopers are using unmarked Chargers, as are RI State troopers (seen both w/ people pulled over, and a uniform cop walking into the unmakred cars).

And besides, who street races anymore? lol
