But to deny the achievment of the Veyron is just silly...it is the pinnacle of the "automotive industry". There's nothing like it, whatsoever. It's a different beast than the McLaren; Murray stated the F1 was never meant to really break records, but to be the best drivers car. It is that (F40 fans would disagree), but what it isn't is an all around car. Is it an everyday car? Doubtful. Is it luxurious? No. Was it meant to take the punishment that the Veyron went through? No. So to say it would "break" or to imply that is just not knowing the testing the Veyron went through, or the achievment that VWAG/Bugatti has achieved. It is it.

This I agree with, but at the same time if you buy a 1.7 million dollar car I'm sure its not going to be your DD so I'd rather have an all out race car then a luxurious car that does not feel as fast. I'm not taking anything away from the Veyron it's just that I love the Mclaren and I don't think IMO any car will top it maybe in performance but not in the raw experience. That being said The Veyron came out what 10 years after the Mclaren? I mean if the Mclaren was redesigned today it would be more amazing then it already is probably on par with the Veyron. Also I don't like how in the Veyron to get to top speed you must stop, take the key out of the ignition, turn a switch on the floor with the key, wait for the car to get in high speed mode, restart the car, then go. Not to mention if you turn the wheel more then slightly it take it out of high speed mode. Having said that though its an amazing car and there are things that I love about it. AKA 1000 BHP.

Considering a BMW comparable to a STi is atleast 10k more. Not to mention the new M3 is ugly. What were they think when discontinuing the last style that = sex.
