They play stupid fake "safety" commericals like that all the time on the Armed Forces Network.

That guy wasn't speaking anything close to Arabic and if that guy took a AK47 round(7.65mm NATO) to the knee, his leg and body would have been tossed backwards hardcore.

I'm glad some butterbar thought it was a good idea to waste our money on crap like that.
