Black STi with gold wheels and tint in W.C.
Spotted a black STi yesterday around 3 or 3:30 in West Chester. We were sitting at a light on a side street between market and gay. I didn't even realize you were behind me untill I turned onto market and you drove through the light. I was the blue GTi in front of you.
