Does it start right up? Yes
Does it idle properly? No (rough)
Is the power loss right when you step on the pedal or does it feel like it has power till when the boost is suppose to hit? Haven't driven it really and the car buckles when driving too)
Does the power drop off at a certain RPM? don't think so.. however the car dies when i get off the gas
Does the turbo make noises. Does it blow smoke? nope
Does the breather fill with oil or blow air while at idle? positive? don't think so...
Did you do a compression test, check the spark plugs, boost leak test??? gotta get a compression tester...

My first guess would be spark plugs.... they only have 1k miles...
