Amen to that....
Customer I was dealing with last week, had made a purchase of a unit and a couple other parts to go with it, and didnt read the specs of the unit that he had purchased (3000va battery backup, has a different plug then standard; AND it ran off of 208v power, not 120). He was demanding that WE (APC), pay for him to get an electrician, and also send him a free step-down transformer (takes 208 to 120).
Yea... that didnt work. Its basically demands like that which irritate me, and really start to get on my nerves.
