To say its a rare occurrence is a pretty bold statement. And it is definitely something i would worry about right about. If you drive your car for a few hundred miles and it never happens, you should
should be ok. Just watch your boost gauge and if it goes high get off the gas. I do agree that you need a tune to get the full benefit though.
