whats the mileage on the car now?? is it from PA??? if it has stickers on it now and its exempt, wait until you get your reg. then take it in for inspection. tell them it has less than 5k on it since last year. the tech has to take your word for it because they cant prove you didnt own the car for more than a year. you get what im saying.
