That is a boon... its how I went from 24k/yr to 70k/yr in a day
I'm still not dumb enough to go trading my SRT in for a 40-50k car, or get a 2500/month condo.
Hell, I'm having issues with the $1285/month apartment and my car payments on the SRT. My only saving grace for this car is that its held its value so I feel bad getting rid of it.
But seriously, and honestly... if you want to really make money, get a cheap apartment, get a good job, save up, buy property. I car is the worst investment you can make at this time in your life.
If you can buy property young, you'll be able to retire young, and enjoy that car you bought when you sold your property at 40-45y/o for 750K that you bought 20 years earlier for 250-300k...
I'd LOVE to sell my SRT and get an older toyota that just plain works. But the car has held its value.. so I'm taking a chance to see what happens with that in 10-20 years
