Cliff notes: Manager of the department told her employee that she, the manager, flashed above mentioned fire fighter to receive free snack food. Manager then proceeded to convince said employee that flashing said fire fighter would get her free stuff. This was done while ON THE CLOCK and in PUBLIC while REPRESENTING the company...
My coworker's friend is said firefighter and told her about the situation, and said they almost got her to flash him...
