What program are you using to generate your HDR image? Did you convert a single Raw image, or did you take multiple exposures with your camera? What kind of camera did you use? It looks like you took multiple exposures with your camera and the camera might have moved a little while you were taking them. The reason I say that is because of the black line that goes along the treeline.
If your camera can shoot in RAW then you can take that single RAW file and create multiple exposures from that. I'll usually make 5 images from a single Raw file in 1 stop increments. Then i'll put them through Photomatrix to generate a HDR image. This isn't really the proper way to do it, but a good thing about doing it this way, you don't need a tripod and you don't have to worry about moving objects.
Or, if you have a camera that does exposure bracketing, you can set your camera up on a tripod and take multiple pictures at different exposures. I'll usually set up the exposure bracketing at +/- 1 f/stop, then change it to +/- 2 f/stops. So in total i'll have 5 different exposed pictures (you'll really have 6 images at this point, but two images will be exposed the same. Just be on the lookout for moving objects.
