now on to my question-
Dr Phil
I work in a corporate environment and I sometimes feel as if I'm not taken seriously based on the fact that I am a young female...in a world where men make up the majority I feel as if I am judged on my 'assets' rather than my intelligence or work ethic. How can I remedy this? what must I do in order to be taken seriously at my place of business?

thanks sandy i appreciate your undying love for me. to answer your question, yes the corporate environment judges women on their assets. the fact that your young and probably good looking doesnt help, although being ugly would probably help less so at least your good looking.....in theory. Anyways, what can you do? well honestly sometimes nothing. But if there is something that would make them focus on your work skills over your huge tits it would be nothing else than hard work. staying late, outperforming your peers, going the extra yard. All these things sound corny yet they make or break what your bosses think of you. My wife has the same problem, sometimes her female bosses or coworkers in the past have felt threatened that she looked better than them so they tried to make it seem like she had a poor work ethic even though she didnt. like anything though, her hard work prevailed over fat ugly trash talking ****s. Anyways, my advice to you is show them why your a good worker, really go that extra yard and it will make a difference.

Also you could borrow susies panties and bend over on a desk....... but the first thing probably will get you more respect. the second would probably make you more money though.........
