which could be cause by a chemical imbalance. Blood work would rule out anything that can be fixed with medicine. My recommendation, other than seeking a vets consultation, is to join a mailing list for dogs..or even specifically Fox Terriers or training, behavior, etc. Lots of times industry leaders can be found on there, actual trainers, people who write books, etc. Tons of free advice better than any of us could give.
Check out yahoo for mailing lists. I'm actually on one for my bird. Its pretty useless unless I have a question.
