Also, I agree with Renegade. Show that dog whos boss. Next time he starts to flip out, grab him, and hold his muzzle down so he can't try to bite. It will piss him off bigtime, but also let him know you aren't ****ing around.
Don't hit him though, that doesn't do any good. He needs to know you are boss, but not fear you.

No no man you dont sound it at all, weve been thinking that for a long time now. We were going to move out until we found out that we couldnt afford to actually move in. its juts not an option just yet. When he does something bad I take him by his nose and let him know and usually it works depending on how much time he had to get upset.
