It's a suped up GTO.
The Monaro and the GTO are exactly the same, hence the slightly sloppy handling on stock GTO's. It was designed for australian roads, not states roads.
However, THAT particular one has much more done to it, though I can't find a listing of what it is.
(note: It's still just a 6.0 LS2 in the car, but there's slightly more done to get the VXRacing badge on it...besides the 19" rims, of course)
