Ok well I'm gonna lock this but I'd like to try and summarize what some of the members are saying so its clear and not riddled with downtalking and insults.
First, how fast your car is has no relation to how much we like you or who you are as a person. If your car is unique, fast, clean, etc... thats awesome, but it doesn't have much of an effect on the person you are. Please don't think that we're judging anyone who has a 'slow' car or cant afford better... if its reasonably clean and you're a cool dude (or chick) then thats awesome... if your car is over the top ricey then yeah you are probably gonna hear about it, but hey, you can't blame us right?

How you act is what its all about. And with that said,
some of the StreetOutlawz kids that came on here have conducted themselves very well especially considering they were getting bashed. You're totally welcome to hang out on the forum and check out our meets, that'd be cool. Just understand that we really push for the true automotive enthusiasts who are performance minded and know how to behave in public, so please only bring friends who are into the same thing.
The problem is the attention-starved children doing burnouts in a parking lot or racing around like an idiots. Kids with $500 stock as hell civics do that, and guys with $30k Supras do that too... both of them suck and we wouldn't want either of them at our meets. It just messes everything up when most people are trying to act decent in public, lay low and be able to get along with the cops and have a place to hang out. One kid acting like an ass can mess up a meet for 100 people, and if that happened at a TST meet I would be asking the person to leave. You've got to keep the crap in check somewhat or it'll turn into a train wreck real quickly.
I agree, you guys do your thing and we'll do yours... some of the TST guys are sticking their noses where they don't belong. At the same time I know exactly where they're coming from that they don't want to be associated with this type of 'tuner' crowd. Unfortunately we will be associated with this type of behavior by some. It just gives off a bad impression so instead of the common person or cop seeing a car meet and saying 'oh look at those nice cars' instead they're gonna say 'those guys are probably up to no good' and thats when the cops run through and kick everyone out even if its for no reason.
If you got through this novel you get 10 TST bonus points, redeemable nowhere.
