This "kind of" happened on my TEIN super streets....there is a little knob on top that you twist and it clicks for each adjustment....well it kind of came unscrewed...
The other end had a hex head, so i used an allen key to tighten it all the way to the left....being VERY gentle when it started to get tight....this corresponds to the highest setting...
Then i put the knob back in and tried to screw it back in
Dunno if that helps....you can always figure out how many degrees of rotation you have per click or whatever, and use an allen wrench to do it then just leave it
