that's pretty crazy.
right out front of where i work on Rt. 100 in bechtelsville there was a huge accident involving 5 cars and i was the one to call 911 and my coworkers and i were the first outside and i'll tell you one thing for sure, it was scary as hell. i work at a body shop so i've seen lots of smashed up cars and i know of most of their outcomes from word of mouth, so when i saw the one guy's car smashed completely to the windshield i was expecting to see a dead person. instead when i ran over to that guy's car i saw this guy that had been thrown almost out the passenger side window, he's bleeding from the ears and face, mumbling a little, and completely still. on the pass. floor is his blackberry cell phone, open, with half a message typed. dumbass was texting while driving, crossed the center lane, and went underneath the rear wheels of a flatbed truck. what a freakin mess.
anyway, i guess what i'm trying to say is i totally understand your situation, you never really know exactly what to do when you're the first one to the scene.
