eh. its not all too much fun riding philly/fdr during the day. they're not too receptive to bikes at all at FDR. its really no fun sometimes. i usually show up to FDR around 11PM(its always empty just you and you're friends and maybe a random person or two), ride there till we get kicked out because they're locking up and we wouldnt be able to drive out. then i head to center city, park somewhere, and ride love park, some office complex's in that area as well. if we plan this out nicely everything should work.
