Spare worked fine... I set the cruise at 65 and made good time.

I usually focus on the positive things... and one good thing that comes out of this is that i'm going to get better tires than the Bridgestone Potenza RE070 (which I love to death)... i'm going to try the Bridgestone Potenza S-03 Pole Position. They're the same price ($191 ea) and they do better in ever category in tirerack's overview survey.

I can only be happy that my tire crapped out at the end. It was a great day and I cannot wait until the next one.

My ONLY negative comment is that there were a few time where we could've driven a little faster than what we did and still be safe.
