EJ20 is the engine code on the WRX. And yes I know its EJ205, but work with me here.
As for the X's on each side, its a reference to something my friends used to say (they were scene kids, i guess would be the correct term).
Besides, EJ20 would just be so plain.
And it would make a bad ass license plate.
