I like all kinds of fish though my favorite meals are as follows:
Salmon = Teriyaki Seared and served over white rice with butter and lemon or made inside lox bagels with cream cheese
Catfish = Butter seared with pepper and garlic
Eel = Dragon Roll Sushi
Swordfish = Sauteed in red wine with rosemary
