I was having this discussion with my friend today and I don't know who is right. If I have my mom's car and I am under her insurance, if i get into an accident obviosoly its my mom's insurance who gets billed and all. Now, if i let my friend drive and they are insured and have a license and they get into an accident in my mom's car, who's insurance gets billed. My friend thought it would be covered under my mom's because its her car but I think it will be under their's since their the one driving. Thanks in advance
