Unfortunately, now a week before the meet, the Park Rangers are giving us a hard time. We had clearance on two other meets and now since its close to beach season, the Rangers want us to apply for a permit, we had no problem with that, but then the Rangers told us it would take longer then a week. So Unfortunately we have to HOLD OFF on the meet. We definetely dont wanna do this, but we dont want any to drive down and then get sent back home. If we find a new "Approved" lot within the week, we will let everyone know and put the meet back on.
We are both extremely bummed, TheDocta and myself. We thought we would go to Sandy Hook this past Friday and just re-check ourselves to make sure nothing would happen to us/meet wouldnt get shut down when we all showed up. The Park Rangers were very nice, but still said no.

Sorry guys, we had a sick list of cars. We are trying to find another lot ASAP, but if that doesnt happen we will re-schedule and find a definite spot where people won't go back and forth on their answer to us.

We def do not want to do this. But, we know many are planning to travel from out of state and we do not want to waste anybodies time/gas/tolls etc etc.
