Me: "thanks for calling sheehy ford, how may i help you?"
customer: " how ya doin?"
me: " good thanks, and yourself?"
customer:" you need the card number?"
me: " sir, im sorry you have the wrong #"
customer: " im sorry what?"
me: "sir, this is a car dealership."
customer: " a car dealership?!"
me: " yes sir, we sell cars."
customer: "cars?"
Me: "yes sir."
customer: "i must have the wrong number."
me: "really?"
customer:" lemme call you back."

and then a few months ago....

me: "thanks for calling sheehy ford how may i help you?"
customer (lady): " hi i was just wondering when the 08 models come out."
me: " maam, im really not quite sure, let me get you a salesman (/sarcasm)"
customer: "oh my god thanks so much."
